Cancellation Policy
Welcome! We're excited to help keep your home running smoothly. Please review our terms below. 1. Subscription Billing and Payments Your subscription will be automatically billed based on your selected plan. Payments are processed at the start of each billing cycle. All payments are final, with no refunds or discounts. 2. Subscription Pricing and Additional Fees The subscription price applies to all homes. However, for homes with five or more filters, an additional $12 per filterbeyond the fourth will apply. 3. Scheduling and Access We send text reminders before each appointment. If our technician cannot access your home, we will reschedule. After a second failed attempt, the service will be canceled, but the full charge will still apply. 4. Waiver of Liability You agree that Brightly Home and Filter Care, its employees, owners, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for damages, loss, or injury during or after service, except in cases of gross negligence. This includes property damage, loss of personal belongings, or incidental damages. It’s the homeowner’s responsibility to provide safe access. We are not responsible for pre-existing issues like faulty HVAC systems or hazardous areas. 5. Customer Satisfaction Your feedback is important! After each service, we’ll send you a text survey. Please let us know how we did or if there are any concerns. We’re committed to addressing any issues. 6. Service Modifications We may update services occasionally. You will be notified of any changes to pricing or terms 30 days in advance. 7. Service Interruptions Some events, such as weather, are beyond our control. In the event of a delay or service interruption, we will reschedule your appointment as soon as possible. 8. Cancellation Policy You can cancel your subscription at any time via our website. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused services. 9. Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to refuse service if we deem the home unsafe or inaccessible. 10. Technician Conduct and Random Checks Our technicians uphold high standards.
